Gareth was one of the most complex, neediest characters I’ve ever written. My heart did a small thud whenever he showed his vulnerability and neediness with Kayden. And my favorite part is that Kay loved it. He accepted it. He let him be himself. He was the perfect anchor to Gareth’s chaos, and Gareth was the perfect light to Kayden’s darkness. They’re each other’s match in every sense of the word. Their dynamic is one of my favorite things ever. While I was writing them, I got inspired with lots of upcoming story ideas and gave my muse wings. I was hit by some characters who wouldn’t shut up for a second 😂 I’m so grateful to everyone who read, rated, and reviewed this book and made it such a success.
