It’s IMPOSSIBLE to spot reduce body fat BUT … 👀 Listen at the end of the day when it comes to cutting down a fat and weight you need to be eating in a calorie deficit nutrition is the most important aspect of cutting down !! With that being said, as you cut down, your body will overall lose body fat, and in some places, it will lose fat quicker just depending on genetics … But while you’re in this Calgary deficit and you’re cutting down in that it’s important to steal train hard eat, clean and high in protein so that way when you cut down, you’re adding on muscle at the same time and it will be revealed when all the fat is gone ! YES they are very fun to do but when it comes to growing your quads you truly only need leg extensions and SOME type of squat movement.. You can do barbell squats BUT the more stabilization you have the better!
