What NOT to miss, where to stay and tips below 👇 ✨save this post for later and share it with someone planning a family trip to Switzerland✨ ✨Don’t miss these spots! 🏔️ Allenendhubel - ride a funicular to a mountain top flower playground with panoramic views 🚠 Piz Glona - the steepest cable car ride in the world, with a James Bond museum and thrill walk that’s surprisingly fun for all ages 🐮 Mannilichen - a cow-themed hike with 13 interactive kid stops and a massive Alpine playground at the top 🚵‍♀️ Lauterbrunnen Valley - rent e-bikes with toddler seats and ride past dozens of waterfalls 🛷 Grindelwald - ride a toboggan, try the zip line (age 4+), and choose between two mountain adventure parks depending on your kids’ ages Tips: ✨ Switzerland is Pricey. Make it more affordable by going to the grocery stores! The food is WAY more reasonably priced there opposed to eating out a ton (we did breakfast and lunch with grocery store food every day and ate out some evenings ✨ Look into getting a @swisstravelpass for your trip. It covers ulimited transportation on most trains, plus access to over 500 museums ✨ It really is as beautiful as it looks like on Tik Tok. Mom is also jealous because we get to ride for FREE 😉 details below 👇👇We got around Switzerland with the Swiss Travel Pass from Travel Switzerland. Kids under 6 ride free, and kids 6–16 are free with the Swiss Family Card (included with your pass)! With the Swiss Travel Pass you get unlimited rides on (most) trains, buses, boats, and even some gondolas across the country. As well as access to 500+ museums! It really helped us make the most of our trip. But what really surprised us? 🎠 Some long-distance trains actually have playgrounds on board (for real!) 🚂 Panoramic trains like the Glacier Express and GoldenPass have huge windows for epic views and are fully included with your pass (minus the seat reservation if you want to reserve a specific seat) 🚞 Even the smaller regional trains are clean, reliable, stroller-friendly, and run on time! (All of these train rides you see were included including @mob.goldenpass scenic journey from Montreux to Interlaken! The Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn to the Matterhorn is half fare with the Swiss Travel Pass, but they were so kind to gift us tickets as well!)
