Due to breeding, the fluffy rescue dog is partially paralyzed in his back legs and has a shortened muzzle that makes breathing hard. Lufy has adapted to his challenges and uses a wheelchair to get around.   The internet rallied for Lufy to find his forever home and love poured in from all around! This son just saved his dad's life...for the second time. Joshua Andrew, 23, was traveling through Australia when he received the news that his father's kidneys were failing. He rushed across the world all the way back home to London to donate his kidney. They were a perfect match.   Joshua's father, David Andrew, 57, suffered from chronic kidney disease following cancer treatment from over a decade ago. During that treatment, Joshua saved his father's life for the first time when he donated bone marrow.    "I am so proud of them both.
