Link in my bio 🙌🏼❤️ Ingredients: 2lb 93% lean ground beef 🥩 2 laughing cow where’s 1/2 cup beef broth 2 medium sized russet potatoes 🥔 @kroger Taco seasoning, to taste 👅 Salt/pepper, to taste For the pico de gallo: * 3-4 tomatoes, diced * 1/2 white onion, diced * 1 jalapeno pepper or SERRANO, finely minced (optional) * 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped * 2 Tbsp lime juice, from 1 lime * 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste * Black pepper, to taste For the guac: * 3 avocados, ripe * ½ small yellow onion, finely diced * 2 Roma tomatoes, diced * 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro * 1 jalapeno pepper OR SERRANO * 1-2 garlic cloves, minced * 1 lime, juiced
½ teaspoon sea salt Instructions 1. Dice your russet potatoes into tiny cubes, spray w avocado oil, season w taco seasoning 2. Air fry at 400°F for 14-17 mins or Bake at 400°F for 20-22 mins 3.
