classic egg drop soup + 4 cups chicken broth + 2 large eggs + 1 tsp soy sauce + 1 tsp white pepper + 1 tsp ginger powder + 1 tsp turmeric powder + 1 tsp sesame oil + 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water to make a slurry + 2 green onions, thinly sliced + salt, to taste Instructions: 1. In a medium pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, ground ginger, turmeric powder, salt, and the slurry. 2. Beat the eggs in a measuring cup until well mixed. 3. Lower the heat to low. Slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the pot and slowly stir the broth in one direction. 4. Taste the soup and add salt as needed. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with sliced green onions. Enjoy! #eggdropsoup #soupseason #souprecipe #homemadesoup #fyp
