The customer requested the plant stay in the same size pot. Even though it could go up in pot size there’s no need to unless you’re trying to make a giant plant. I don’t know their reasoning for wanting it in the same size pot but it’s perfectly fine and will give more room for overwatering error. #plantsoftiktok #plants

When plants are kept in low light, their risk or root rot increases due to lack of oxygen in the soil. Light, air movement, soil composition, and potting material are all considered when increasing oxygen flow in the soil for the roots. Because we’re keeping this in low light I’m choosing to reduce the amount of moisture-retaining material (soil) as well as a pot material (terra-cotta) that is porous, further increasing oxygen flow to the roots and reducing risk of root rot. *you may end up needing to water more frequently utilizing this method #plantsoftiktok #plants
