3 things I do for my daughter with Autism during school holidays to support her routine and wellbeing 🖤 Maintain familiar routines Zamira thrives on routine, so we stick to school-time habits like breakfast and getting ready in the morning to help ease the transition. 🖤 Prioritise outdoor time Being outside helps her regulate, stay active, and feel grounded. 🖤 Support emotional expression There have been moments like realising she won’t be wearing her uniform for two weeks. I take time to explain what we’re doing each day, but with her speech delay, communication can be challenging. I give her the space to feel, express, and find comfort when she’s overwhelmed by change.

Current Eczema Routine 🧴 I take Dupixent fortnightly for my body eczema and now get UVB treatment three times a week to help with my hyperpigmentation. For my face, I use tacrolimus ointment but dilute it with my everyday creams (Avene Cicalfate+ & laroche Posay lipikar range) morning and night to prevent the infections I used to get there. I’ve had eczema ever since I came out of the womb and as an adult, life stresses have only made it worse. Having a consistent management routine has been what’s kept me going both physically and mentally ❤️🩹
