Throat Singing the Runes. Chanting the full rune row—known in some traditions as a rune galdr—is a practice that aligns the voice, breath, and spirit with the full spectrum of runic forces. This particular way I'm chanting it was inspired by "In Maidjan" by Heilung. Each rune in the Elder Futhark carries a distinct archetypal energy, from primal creation (ᚠ Fehu) to ancestral unity (ᛟ Othala). By chanting them sequentially, we invoke these forces as a cohesive whole. This kind of vocal practice can act as a self-initiation or a meditative journey through the symbolic map of existence embedded in the runes. It supports energetic balance, builds magical will, and strengthens the breath and throat—the seat of ond, or sacred breath, in Old Norse cosmology. It can also awaken internal insights or bring forth spontaneous guidance from the collective unconscious or ancestral memory. Practiced regularly, chanting all the runes becomes both a grounding ritual and a subtle tuning of one's spirit to the rhythms of fate, nature, and mythic time. This is not a performance. It is a practice of resonance, remembrance, and return. ᚠᚢᚦᚨᚱᚲᚷᚹᚺᚾᛁᛃᛇᛈᛉᛊᛏᛒᛖᛗᛚᛜᛞᛟ #throatsinging #norse #viking #heilung #spiritual #norsepagan #chant

Throat Singing the Gayatri Mantra. It is one of the most ancient and powerful mantras from the Rig Veda (1500-1200 BCE) making it one of the oldest mantras still in use to this day. It’s a vibrational key to higher consciousness. Chanting this mantra activates the pineal gland, enhances intuition, clears mental fog, and aligns your thoughts with divine intelligence. Each line of the mantra is designed to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit across three planes: physical (Bhūr), mental (Bhuvaḥ), and spiritual (Svaḥ). It opens your inner light, guiding your intellect (dhiyo) toward clarity, creativity, and purpose. Use this chant for: – Mental clarity and focus – Emotional balance – Energetic protection – Inner peace and grounding – Expanding awareness and spiritual growth Regular recitation, ideally 108 times per session, is believed to purify the subtle energy body (nadis), balance the chakras, and elevate the vibrational state of the practitioner. It’s about resonance, alignment, and aligning with your higher self. #spiritualawakening #mantra #chant #throatsinging #newage #meditation

Throat Singing this chant for money & desire. It is a chant I wrote and it is in Tagalog. Napakayaman natin, ang dami nating pera, lahat ng gusto natin ay atin na. Translation: We are so rich, we have so much money, everything we want is already ours. I originally wrote this chant to say "I am rich, I have so much money, everything I want is already mine." But I decided to say "we" because that's the essence of true abundance. Greed comes from lack and the fear of not having enough. Many wealthy people, though rich in resources, are actually in a state of lack, living in deep fear of losing their money and resources and so they hoard it. This is not true abundance. True abundance is extremely rare. True abundance is the propensity to share and want others to also be abundant because it is the understanding that there is more than enough for everyone. Abundance in its purest form is trusting that the money and resources will come back multiplied when you spend it, and with this trust, it will come back multiplied. (Disclaimer: with all of this being said, don't go out and spend recklessly. Many people do not have the core beliefs, subconscious wiring and relationship to money to be able to manifest it in this way yet. Many people try to suppress their feelings of lack and try to bypass it by forcing the feeling of abundance rather than directly addressing their lack and the core beliefs it stems from with shadow work. Recklessly spending from this place could lead to financial ruin.) #throatsinging #spiritualawakening #meditation #newage #chant #mantra

Throat Singing the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra Thank you for voting on my last post! Counting all votes from all platforms, 2 was the winner. This is a mantra of profound healing, protection, and spiritual rebirth. This ancient vibration is chanted for overcoming illness, black magic, and premature death. Its resonance is believed to restore life-force, dissolve karmic bindings, and guide the soul toward liberation. Known as the "Death-Conquering Mantra," it originates from the Rigveda (7.59.12) and is one of the most revered verses in all of Hindu tradition. It invokes the subtle forces of rejuvenation and transcendence. Listening to or reciting it daily is said to strengthen the prāṇa (vital energy), shield the aura, and awaken the inner fire of immortality (amṛtatva). Used in yogic and tantric disciplines, as well as Vedic rituals, this chant is a call to prevent death physically and spiritually break free from attachment and illusion. Rendered here in throat singing to amplify its vibratory force and reach into the subtle planes of healing and consciousness. It is a sacred chant for liberation from illness and untimely death — this mantra is among the oldest and most powerful in the Vedic tradition. Its vibrations are said to heal the body, calm the mind, and awaken the soul's deeper strength. This is the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra — Traditionally used in healing rites and protective ceremonies, it restores prāṇa (vital energy) and cuts the subtle bonds that tie us to suffering and decay. A prayer for life, it aligns with immortality. Share to multiply the energy #throatsinging #mantra #meditation #spiritualawakening #hindu #soundhealing

Throat Singing this chant that I wrote for removing obstacles. It's written in Tagalog. Tinangal na ni Tantu ang nakaharang This chant invokes a being called Tantu who is a 6th dimensional being that is similar to the Hindu god Ganesha -he is a remover of obstacles. Invoking Tantu calls for Universal Blessings and is a good omen. He reminds us that in the law of polarity, problems cannot exist without there simultaneously being a solution. Beginning doesn't exist without ending so if there is a beginning to your struggle then there will be an ending. This chant is intended to remove what's in the way of what you want and what's in the way of your happiness. It removes all blocks and converts them into stepping stones. It calls for miracles. Throat Singing the Gayatri Mantra... again. I posted the first version last month and it came with mixed reviews. Some people really liked, including many Hindus. Others not so much. In fact many were furious. Many claimed that you're not supposed to chant it out loud, others claimed you're supposed chant it a specific way, and other's said you're supposed to have a guru's permission. Some claimed my pronunciation was very wrong, some said it was very good but with one or two mistakes. A few commented they liked it even more than the original. Some of the messages were so vile it was automatically censored by the algorithm and I got a notification for antibullying 😅 It would be one thing if it was a universal perspective from all Hindus for me not to chant this and I would respect that, but with all these mixed messages, nothing is solid. Decide amongst yourselves and agree on one rule and stick to it, and until then I'll keep doing what I'm doing. From my personal perspective, words do have power and they matter, however not nearly as much as intention and emotion. Emotion is energy in motion. That is the main vehicle for the power of a mantra. The first version is what intuitively came to me on how I should chant the mantra and so that is why I did it. Nothing but amazing things have happened since then, despite what some have said. I do this 2nd version because a few Hindus have commented and DM'd me requesting I do it again with this specific pronunciation and tonality, so here it is. If you want the meaning of the mantra, refer to the first version on my page. And while you're at it let me know which version you prefer. #throatsinging #mantra #chant #spiritual #spiritualawakening #gayatri #meditation

Throat singing this chant for empowerment. It is the 3rd verse of the song / chant that I wrote called "Kaya ko." It's written in Tagalog. Lahat ng kaya ko "All that I can do" sinasabi ko sa inyo "I've been telling all of you" maghanda na kayo "All of you get ready / prepare" sa aking panahon "For my time" mangyayari na ngayon "it's about to happen now" makinig lang kayo sa kinakanta ko... "just listen to the words I'm singing..." lakas panlabas at "Strong on the outside and" lakas panloob, "strong on the inside" walang kulang "nothing's lacking" a'koy kompleto at buo "I'm whole and complete" Kaya ko ito "I can do this" Ang dali lang nito "This is easy" kayang kaya ko, "I am very capable of doing this" walang hanggang ang kakayahan ko "There is no limit to what I can do" For this verse I was directing it to people who doubted me. For years I was surrounded by people who did not value throat singing, many filipinos, many non-filipinos and they all treated me as if I was weird for doing it, that no one likes it and as if I'd never be successful in it. When you needed their support but they doubted you instead. Well I proved them wrong and I will continue to prove them wrong and boast about it so they will never forget how wrong they were in the end. This is for the people who were wrong to doubt you. May they never forget. #throatsinging #chant #spiritualawakening #newage #filipino

Throat Singing Hakkerskaldyr by Heilung. Interesting how identical these lyrics are to their other song, Krigsgaldr. These lyrics were derived from the Eggja or Eggjum Stone which is a popular runestone dating back to 650 AD. It is widely speculated to be magical and protective. #throatsinging #norse #norsepagan #chant #viking #fyp

New EP "Spell Between Worlds" on Spotify 🌀☀️ This opening piece is a prayer sung in reconstructed Gaulish, an extinct Celtic language spoken in parts of Continental Europe before and during the period of the Roman Empire. In the narrow sense, Gaulish was the language of the Celts of Gaul (now France, Luxembourg, Belgium, most of Switzerland, Northern Italy, as well as the parts of the Netherlands and Germany on the west bank of the Rhine). The linguistics material is based on the work of Bellouesus Isarnos found in "Anthologia Gallica" Disclaimer: Throatsinging is not attested in Gaulish culture and therefore this song do not represent it. It is just my personnal way of singing. Same with my facepainting and feathers: my art is rooted in prehistoric/paleolithic influences and these attributes are common to all humans worldwide. I don't wish represent any particular culture but the legacy of all humans, we're all related somehow through prehistoric tribes. Throat Singing Aum & Om Aum chant — rooted in Hindu tradition, where “Aum” (अ + उ + म) represents the entire cycle of existence: creation (A), preservation (U), and dissolution (M), followed by silence (turiya). It's a meditative vibration used for aligning with universal consciousness. It starts with A, which, when chanted, resonates in the low abdomen. Then U, resonating in the chest / throat area, and then M, resonating in the head. Each to be chanted gradually starting from A and transitioning as seamlessly as possible to M. This creates a gradual shift of focus from the lower abdomen all the way to the head. The second half is a long Om chant — as used in Vajrayana Buddhist rituals. Unlike the tripartite Aum, Buddhist Om is a single resonant syllable symbolizing the purified body of the enlightened being. Often used at the beginning of mantras like Om Mani Padme Hum, it serves to purify and consecrate the practitioner. Both versions carry profound energetic benefits: Deep relaxation and stillness Vibrational alignment of body, mind, and breath Enhanced focus and spiritual grounding Activation of throat and heart energy centers Each path honors sacred sound in its own way — this is a tonal and cultural comparison, not a contest. Both chants are performed in overtone-rich throat singing to highlight their resonance and intensity. #throatsinging #om #aum #meditation #spiritualawakening #mantra

Throat Singing OM Mani Padme Hum in two different ways. Om Mani Padme Hum (Sanskrit-based transliteration): This version uses Sanskrit or classical Romanized spelling. Common in academic texts or Pan-Asian Buddhist contexts. In actual Tibetan speech, it wouldn’t be pronounced exactly this way. Om Mani Peme Hung (Tibetan phonetic spelling): Reflects Tibetan pronunciation. Common in Tibetan-speaking areas and among practitioners aiming for more authentic spoken form. Pronunciation: Padme → Peme (དཔལ་མེད་) Hum → Hung (ཧཱུྃ) This ancient chant is said to hold infinite benefits—used for protection, purification, and higher manifestation. “Om Mani Padme Hum” is recited to neutralize negative karma and dissolve spiritual obstacles. Just listening to this mantra can shift your energy, raise your vibration, align you with the true essence of reality, attract higher experiences, and unlock hidden aspects of the self. It is the most important mantra in Tibetan Buddhism. Each syllable purifies one of the six realms of existence and aligns body, speech, and mind with the path to enlightenment. Sound, when repeated with intention, transforms. Share to multiply the energy of this chant #throatsinging #tibetan #mantra #chant #meditation #spiritualawakening #newage

Throat Singing this Norse chant for raw power. It is an excerpt from the song “Ymir” by Danheim & Gealdýr. It’s based on the Norse creation story, where fire (Muspelheim) and ice (Niflheim) meet in the primordial void of Ginnungagap, giving rise to Ymir—the first being. From Ymir’s body, the gods shaped the world, making him the foundation of all manifest reality. Chanting or meditating on this passage connects you to the primordial forces of creation, before time or structure. It is a chant of power with the deep, grounding power of origin and cosmic becoming. From an Esoteric / spiritual standpoint, this chant can: Help restore a sense of inner stillness by aligning you with the original void (Ginnungagap) Activate root-level energy and the will to manifest from raw potential Aid in shadow work, clearing space for authentic transformation Reconnect you to ancestral and elemental memory that lies beneath conscious thought Support practices of rebirth, especially after a symbolic inner death or major transformation or transition The song became more widely known after being featured in the trailer for Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, and has been requested by a few people #throatsinging #chant #norse #norsepagan #spiritualawakening #viking

Throat Singing the Namokar Mantra which is the most important mantra in Jain tradition. This is the most requested mantra by followers. This mantra invokes powerful blessings for spiritual liberation, inner purity, and karmic cleansing. It offers deep reverence to the five highest beings in Jain tradition: Arihants (enlightened ones), Siddhas (liberated souls), Acharyas (spiritual leaders), Upadhyayas (teachers), and Sadhus (monks and ascetics). It is considered one of the most auspicious and protective chants. This version is the ancient Prakrit form, traditionally recited to purify the soul and destroy past karmas. Esoteric Applications: While not explicitly tied to the chakra system in traditional Jain texts, esoteric practitioners align each of the five salutations with the five major energy centers, especially when chanted with throat resonance: Arihantānām: Crown (Sahasrāra) – Pure awareness Siddhānām: Third Eye (Ājñā) – Liberated vision Āyariyānām: Throat (Viśuddha) – Divine authority, speech Uvajjhāyānām: Heart (Anāhata) – Compassionate teaching Sāhūnām: Root (Mūlādhāra) – Foundation of discipline This mapping supports a top-down purification, from divine consciousness to grounded ethics. #throatsinging #mantra #chant #meditation #Jain #spiritualawakening

Throat Singing this Ancient Egyptian Chant for Power, Life Force, Protection and Awakening Sa Sekhem Sahu awakens your inner power, ignites your energy body, and aligns your soul with divine order. This ancient Egyptian formula merges life-force, divine strength, and the immortal light-body. Sa (sꜣ) 𓋴𓅱 Literal Meaning: Protection, life-force, amulet, or magical safeguard. Esoteric Meaning: The spiritual shield or flow of vital energy surrounding the soul. In esoteric terms, it is the radiant field or aura encoded into the body. Sekhem (sḫm) 𓋴𓐍𓅓 Literal Meaning: Power, strength, authority, inner might. Esoteric Meaning: The divine force or pranic fire of a being — similar to chi, kundalini, or shakti. It also represents the energetic weapon wielded by deities and the spiritually awakened. Sahu (sꜣḥw) 𓋴𓄿𓎛𓅱 Literal Meaning: Spiritual body or transfigured soul — the immortal self post-death. Esoteric Interpretation: The divinized form of the soul after uniting ka (vitality) and ba (spirit), often emerging through rituals and funerary ascent. In living practice, Sahu refers to the awakened body of light. This mantra was carved on sarcophagi, temple walls, and pyramid texts, especially in Old Kingdom funerary spells used to guide the deceased into the afterlife — but its power was also understood to elevate the living. “Sahu” appears as the highest form the soul could attain after divine unification. Found in the Pyramid Texts of Unas (circa 2350 BCE), these words weren’t just symbolic — they were considered living formulas, infused with real cosmic force. Use of this chant bridges the body, ka (vitality), ba (spirit), and sahu (immortal essence). Its vibrational force is ideal for throat singing, as it activates deep resonance across the spine and energy centers. Throat Singing the Runes. Which version do you prefer? Let it be known the comments. The one with the most votes will be a future post and how I will chant the long form version on YT. ᚠᚢᚦᚨᚱᚲᚷᚹᚺᚾᛁᛃᛇᛈᛉᛊᛏᛒᛖᛗᛚᛜᛞᛟ Share to multiply the energy #throatsinging #chant #norse #norsepagan #runes #spiritual #viking

Throat Singing the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra This one's a bit more difficult of a vote. The differences are subtle. It's all in the tone of how I sang it rather than the tempo or the pronunciation which are identical. Feel into it and let me know which feels better to you. The version that wins will be my next post and will be how I chant it in the long form version. A mantra of profound healing, protection, and spiritual rebirth. Share to multiply the energy #throatsinging #soundhealing #spiritualawakening #mantra #meditation #hindu

Throat Singing this chant that I created for growth and success. Breakdown & Meaning: This chant is based on the Bamboo tree analogy. When Chinese bamboo is planted, it is to be watered and fertilized regularly for 5 years and for the first 5 years absolutely nothing happens. No growth is seen; it is as if all this time, energy and effort is wasted. However, sometime in the fifth year, in a matter of just 6 weeks, the bamboo trees grow from nothing to 90 feet tall. If at any point the seeds weren't watered or fertilized in the first 5 years, the trees would not have grown. This is an analogy for growth and success. It may seem at times that our efforts towards our goals are going nowhere but like the bamboo, they will sprout and grow for as long as you stay resilient, believe and keep going despite the lack of tangible results. This chant "Tumubo na ang mga puno dito sa mundo" is intended to have all the trees (people's dreams) in the world sprout and grow. And as it is common knowledge in the spiritual field, that what you wish onto others and the energy you put out, comes back to you multiplied, this chant which evokes the growth of all people's goals, dreams and ambitions will come back to you multiplied. May this accelerate the growth of your trees. Share to multiply this energy #throatsinging #meditation #mantra #chant #newage #spiritualawakening

Which do you prefer? This is why a 6 second video could take me 5-12 hours to create. I don't only have to learn and memorize a mantra but then I have to experiment. Learn and understand the meaning, then channel the energetic essence of that mantra as I chant. There are so many variations to how I could possibly chant a mantra, then I have to refine it. It takes me several hours to make a video even as short as 6 seconds where I'm satisfied with the result Cast your votes in the comments, the one that gets the most votes, I will post for my next video. Throat Singing this Ancient Egyptian chant for alignment, order & harmony This chant restores inner balance, stabilizes the mind, and harmonizes personal energy with universal order. It promotes mental clarity, emotional regulation, and alignment with natural law—making it ideal for daily grounding, ethical reflection, or moments of spiritual recalibration. The words are drawn from ancient Egyptian temple texts that emphasize truth, beauty, and equilibrium. In ancient practice, this chant affirmed moral integrity, social harmony, and cosmic balance. It was recited by priests and initiates to maintain order in both the personal and collective realms. This formula references the concept of transformation (kheperu), inner beauty (nefer), and sacred peace (hetep), expressing the Egyptian ideal of living in harmony with the seen and unseen worlds. It was also used in rites of transition to affirm a life lived in truth—but its core purpose is about living in accordance with balance, not death. Chant: Maꜣꜥt neb maꜣꜥt, kheperu nefer, hetep djesar Translation: “Ma’at, Lady of Truth, beautiful transformations, sacred peace.” Share to multiply this energy #throatsinging #chant #meditation #kemetic #spiritualawakening #maat

Throat Singing this chant for protection & abundance. An ancient chant of protection, abundance, and sacred grounding. This Tuvan invocation honors the interwoven spirit of land, herd, water, and sky. Rooted in nomadic life, it speaks to all who seek stability in times of change, strength in uncertainty, and reconnection with the spirit of place. Known as "Morgül" or simply "Prayer", this blessing was brought to the world stage by the legendary Tuvan group Huun-Huur-Tu. Ideal for throat singing, it carries the vibration of ancient trust and timeless resilience. Each line is not just poetry—it’s a call to realign with elemental forces that modern life has forgotten but still need. The land becomes our grounding, the rivers our emotional flow, the herd our material and energetic prosperity, and the mountains our spiritual guardians. Avyraldap chalbarydym // Calling out with heavy heart in prayer ☉ Esoteric meaning: Honesty, vulnerability, surrender. This final plea opens the throat, connects to spirit, and transforms sorrow into sacred sound. This chant functions as a spiritual / energetic realignment with the natural order. Throat Singing this Old Irish chant for protection This chant, preserved in Old Irish Gaelic—the earliest form of the Gaelic language spoken over 1,000 years ago—calls upon divine force for defense, strength, and spiritual shielding. Each word resonates with elemental power: “Arat do chomainci co mbruth do scíath do dúnad” (Classical Old Irish): /ˈa.raθ do ˈx͈o.mˠanʲ.kʲi ko ˈmˠruθ do ˈʃkʲiəθ do ˈd̪ˠuː.n̪ˠad̪ˠ/ Literal Meaning: Arat - I entreat / I invoke / I call upon do - your chomainci - protection / safeguarding / guardianship co - with / accompanied by mbruth - strength / force / power do - your scíath - shield do - your dúnad - fortification / enclosure / stronghold “I invoke your protection, your strength, your shield, your stronghold.” This chant is rooted in 9th-century Irish legal and magical texts. This formula was likely spoken by poets, druids, or judges to call down spiritual defense—shields and inner fortresses—when facing danger, judgment, or ritual confrontation. It reflects a deep Indo-European tradition of verbal magic, where language shapes reality. This chant is ideal for spiritual protection, shielding from negative energies, ritual combat, and fortifying your energy field. It can be used during personal rituals, shadow work, energy clearing, or psychic defense. Performed here with throat singing, the chant’s power is amplified by ancient vocal resonance, unlocking deeper vibrational layers of intention and force. Throat Singing this chant that comes from the intro of "Asja," a ritual song by Heilung. Asja means “protection” in Proto-Germanic. This chant blends ancient Norse elements with reconstructed Proto-Germanic vocal formulae designed to shield the soul, draw sacred boundaries, and awaken primal strength. It calls on Odin, channels the primal force of the Aesir, the wisdom of Hyndla, and the shielding might of the seer’s spell. Rooted in ancient magick, fueled by protective rage, foresight, and sacred sound. Each syllable echoes ancestral strength, warding off harm and invoking divine guardianship through the rhythm of breath and voice. Ancestral wisdom, and vitality converge in this energetic shield. This chant is for those who seek strength, clarity, and protection from unseen forces with amplified energy and added grounding from the throat singing. Throat Singing a chant for empowerment & success. This is the 4th verse of the song / chant I wrote called, "Kaya ko," and it is written in Tagalog. Translation: Bahala ako sa aking buhay "I take charge of my own life" Kayang pagsamahin at kayang humiwalay "capable of uniting and capable of separating" Kayang mabagal at kayang mabilis "Capable of being slow and capable of being fast" Kayang dumating at kayang umalis "Capable of arriving and capable of leaving" Kayang igawin at kayang isipan "Capable of taking action and capable of just thinking about it" Kayang konti at kayang idamihan "Capable of having little and capable of having plenty" Kayang pumayat at kayang tumaba "capable of getting thin and capable of getting fat" Kayang tumaas at kayang bumaba "Capable of rising and capable of falling" Kayang mahina at kayang malakas "Capable of being weak and capable of being strong" Kaya na ngayon at kaya bukas "Capable now and capable tomorrow" Lakas panlabas at lakas panloob "Strong externally and strong internally" Walang kulang a'koy kompleto at buo "Nothing's lacking, I am whole and complete" Kaya ko it "I can do this" Ang dali lang nito "This is easy" Kayang kaya ko "I am very capable of doing this" Walang hanggang ang kakayahan ko "There is no limit to what I can do" What inspired this verse was that common filipino saying "Bahala ka sa buhay mo," which basically means, "do whatever you want with your life." Most often it is said by someone giving another advice or telling someone to do something, (often a parent or authority figure advising their child or someone to do something) and that person refuses to comply so they say this phrase most often as reverse psychology or to guilt or shame them into complying. In this verse I own this phrase as truth, because I am in charge of my own life. Empowerment is all about choice and having the ability to choose. Not being powerless to your circumstances but powerfully choosing them instead. This verse expresses that sentiment. To understand this version of the Trishakti mantra, let's break it down. It's called "Tri" Shakti because it invokes the energy of Brahma, Shiva, and Narayana, all rising from a common source of Shakti (Empowerment) "Bhu" means birth or source Brahma is Svayabhu, which means "self-born" as Brahma is considered to be the creator and the source of all things. This aspect of the mantra invokes on the creative energy of the self and our capacity to create our reality. It invokes self-empowerment and self-confidence. Shiva is Shambhu, signifying source of bliss and happiness as "Sham" means happiness. This invokes the birth of happiness. Shiva the destoyer, destroys as to make way for the birth of the new. This aspect of the mantra destroys what is preventing happiness. Narayana is Prabhu, which means, "Source of Excellence." While Brahma creates and Shiva destroys, Narayana sustains and preserves. This aspect of the mantra invokes excellence, success, compassion and protection. It maintains the success that we do have. Shakti means "power" or "energy." It is the divine feminine aspect of creation. She is not separate from Brahma, but is its active creative force. The source of all creation, movement and change. This aspect empowers. #throatsinging #meditation #mantra #spiritualawakening #fyp
